Couple of main points to really focus on with this drill: Keep your body in an athletic position(slight lean forward) throughout the drill to maintain take off speed. Tough to do through the turns but practice makes perfect We won’t to also focus on really pumping those arms through every part of the drill, be violent with your arm speed! Stay as tight to the cones as possible in each turn, no big arcs. Give me a shout if you need a hand or want a race



22.01.2022 The Fake Throw Killer exercise to help athletes maintain stability when landing and through changes of direction 1st drill is the shake - medicine ball going from about shoulder to shoulder as quickly as possible while maintaining stability. ... 2nd drill is the shuffle to fake throw - as before however we are now adding in a lateral movement so more force is being generated in one direction making the throw harder to control. 3rd drill is the shuffle fake throw return - we are simply combining everything together to get a constant, shuffle throw, shuffle throw.
