01.01.2022 Well its been an interesting day. 1 new listing, 1 sale and 4 settlements. When signing up the buyer on the sale I had to walk back in his house because I left my sunnies there. He grabbed a pair off his dining table and said "these can't be yours with a pattern like that." I had to admit they were mine, apparently they look just like his daughters. Now I'm sitting on the lounge at home and Millie just asked me if my Gina was sore.. What a day. CP
