22.01.2022 In good news for the real estate industry, the Queensland Government has eased restrictions with up to five buyers + the agent now allowed to attend an open home inspection. No more than one person is allowed per 4 square metres inside the house / unit and strict hygiene and social distancing must be observed. We understand choosing a home to buy or rent is one of the biggest decisions anyone makes, therefore we hope the easing of these restrictions makes that process easie...r for all of our buyers and tenants.
