23.01.2022 In a time of global crisis where people are forced to live in isolation and separation, where fear has gripped many people and weaken their immune systems, I ha...d the thought: It is impossible to quarantine love. And what is love? It’s the intangible, ineffable, non-local, transcendent engine of connection that bridges our humanity with our divinity. So with the idea of spreading and amplifying the frequency of love around the world, we created the GOLOV-20 campaign. Research performed at our workshops shows that when we feel elevated emotions like love and gratitude, by sustaining such an elevated state for 15-20 minutes day, we release chemicals in our immune system called antibodies. Antibodies are chemical proteins in our blood that fight foreign invaders such as bacteria and viruses. What we proved was that love cannot be quarantined and that love transcends space and time. Its power can change lives, alter timelines, mend families and relationships, and create healing. It can also transmute the past, and when you heal the past, you are free to create a new future. Have you experience the #GOLOV20 meditation yet? If not click here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FZXVix4TNOI

13.01.2022 PINEAL GLAND So let’s talk about this amazing gland ......... Imagine , visualise a beautiful Pine Cone open and free . At birth this beautiful gland is just that .... It’s like a tv aerial so to speak but connects into the Multiverse ... to all that is . Now due to MANY things , as we grow and develop this beautiful gland can close or become restricted to fully open , fully flourish . So think of it this way ..... at birth you may have been able to ‘pick up ‘ ALL channels on this earthly plain and beyond BUT somethings have happened along the way that means now you only pick up ‘local’ channels ...... are you with me ?? The Pineal Gland can become ‘Calcified’ so think of it as being restricted / coated / covered in a film . Part of personal growth Spiritually, Mentally , Emotionally and Physically comes with having a FULLY FUNCTIONING and non restricted Pineal Gland . Now PLEASE do your own research ...... but these restrictions of function can come from .... Water ..... yep amazing water , that we eat / drink / bathe in ... Tap water is NOT good for you , due to high quantities of chemicals and more . Fluoride ..... found in all good toothpastes and your drinking water too. I believe Wifi and modern technology/ mobile phones too close to our heads impacts .... switch off when not in use and keep away from the body . Alcohol ..... some information states may impact Pineal growth and expansion Caffeine ..... some information states may impact Pineal growth and expansion And more and more and more Lots of info out there , do your own research A Pineal Gland that is free to expand and grow without the restriction of calcification , is one that allows free thinking , spiritual growth and connection, and maybe ...... the ability to see things from a different perspective...... it may really OPEN your eyes to SEE the world in a whole new positive way . So if you’d like to be able to ‘pick up’ more channels through your beautiful aerial connection to the multiverse .... Drink GOOD water , fluoride free Eat good wholesome food Grounding daily and more in nature Everything in moderation , in balance Always remember LOOK AFTER YOU xx

11.01.2022 So this is an example of Qigong - that I am always recommending in my clinic. It's an amazing breathing, stretching, conditioning tonic for mind, body & spirit - & yes I don't do it nearly enough. Enjoy the after feeling. Stay well on all levels & I hope to see you soon.

10.01.2022 We are social creatures, when we meet and shake hands an energy exchange happens that is uplifting, inspiring or motivating. This happens via Pericardium 8, an ...acupuncture point in the centre of your hand. It’s a channel to your heart meridian and connected to joy. When we do the double kiss or hug we connect via the stomach meridian, this benefits your spleen and healthy spleen means we want to do things. But in the unnatural lockdown scenario, we’re not shaking anyone’s hands or hugging anyone (apart from the people we’ve been locked in with for too long but that’s a story for tomorrow’s post) and there are blockages in the meridians instead of flow. Then we listen to the news (bad & fear-inducing) so anxiety increases. Motivation decreases, it’s harder to care, or to work or get things done. One way to break out of that trap is: get down and give me ten! Push-ups activate heart meridian (why doing bench press feels so good). My bodyweight workout activates some of those key contact points to get chi flowing; it’s no match for a cuddle, but we have to work with what we can! 03.01.2022 WHY ARE THE PSOAS MUSCLES CONSTANTLY CONTRACTED DURING PROLONGED PERIODS OF STRESS? Whether you run, bike, dance, practice yoga, or just hang out on your couc...h, your psoas muscles are involved. That’s because your psoas muscles are the primary connectors between your torso and your legs. They affect your posture and help to stabilise your spine. The psoas muscles are made of both slow and fast twitching muscles. Because they are major flexors, weak psoas muscles can cause many of the surrounding muscles to compensate and become overused. That is why a tight or overstretched psoas muscle could be the cause of many or your aches and pains, including low back and pelvic pain. ANATOMY Structurally, your psoas muscles are the deepest muscles in your core. They attach from your 12th thoracic vertebrae to your 5 lumbar vertebrae, through your pelvis and then finally attach to your femurs. In fact, they are the only muscles that connect your spine to your legs. Your psoas muscles allow you to bend your hips and legs towards your chest, for example when you are going up stairs. They also help to move your leg forward when you walk or run. Your psoas muscles are the muscles that flex your trunk forward when bend over to pick up something from the floor. They also stabilize your trunk and spine during movement and sitting. THE PSOAS AND FIGHT OR FLIGHT RESPONSE The psoas muscles support your internal organs and work like hydraulic pumps allowing blood and lymph to be pushed in and out of your cells. Your psoas muscles are vital not only to your structural well-being, but also to your psychological well-being because of their connection to your breath. Here’s why: there are two tendons for the diaphragm (called the crura) that extend down and connect to the spine alongside where the psoas muscles attach. One of the ligaments (the medial arcuate) wraps around the top of each psoas. Also, the diaphragm and the psoas muscles are connected through fascia that also connects the other hip muscles. These connections between the psoas muscle and the diaphragm literally connect your ability to walk and breathe, and also how you respond to fear and excitement. That’s because, when you are startled or under stress, your psoas contracts. In other words, your psoas has a direct influence on your fight or flight response! During prolonged periods of stress, your psoas is constantly contracted. The same contraction occurs when you: sit for long periods of time engage in excessive running or walking sleep in the fetal position do a lot of sit-ups Here are some tips for getting your psoas back in balance: Avoid sitting for extended periods Add support to your car seat Try Resistance Flexibility exercises Get a professional massage Release stress and past traumas Stretch HOW TO STRETCH Roller Psoas Stretch Use a foam roller for this passive, relaxing stretch that lengthens your psoas, one of your deep hip flexors. 1. Place the roller perpendicular to your spine and lie with your sacrum (the back of your pelvis) not your spine on the roller. 2. Pull your left knee toward your chest, keeping your right heel on the ground. You should feel a stretch on the front of your right hip. 3. To increase the stretch, reach your right arm over your head and open your left knee slightly out to the left. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch legs. Repeat as needed.

01.01.2022 HOW TO GET UP EARLY Plan and prep the night before, set an alarm clock (not your phone, it will suck you in), have a bottle of water (spring water is ideal, you... have to like it and want to drink it) and your workout gear ready. The second you wake up, sit up, drink some water and do a couple of minutes of tapping. This gets chi flowing and kickstarts movement and motivation. Tap as follows: The Dantien in the lower abdomen (most important energy point in the body, all movement is generated from this power point) Ren 17 in the centre of the chest (heart chakra point, opens the heart) Tap up both sides towards your collarbones (the end of the kidney meridians, translated in some texts as ‘God points’) Yintang (third eye wakens the mind) Du 20 (the ‘spirit tower’ yang meridians merge here so you are activating your brain) and tap around your skull Large intestine meridian down the arms (breaks through stagnation motivation central, treats tiredness) and pummel the Colon 4 point on the flesh between thumb and forefinger to amp up the effect. Gallbladder meridian down the outside of the legs (decisiveness) Stomach meridian down the front of the legs (and Stomach 36 for blood and stamina building, this suppresses hunger and treats fatigue) Kidney points on the back near lower rib cage (willpower)
