12.01.2022 Have you ever told yourself you can't do something? Well I have I got comferatble and quickly put on a massive amount of weight. Quickly loosing confidents with every kilo gained, After a while I started to think that maybe it's how I'm meant to be. Stuck in the stereo type that islanders are naturally meant to be big. With no confidence and no motivation loosing weight seemed impossible. But with the help my of my fiancee and Arbonne plant based products we have made it to ...a healthier weight. Granted we have heaps more work to do to get to our ideal weight and also to maintain it but together we can overcome any obstacle in our way. Since our journey I have been taking - off high blood pressure medication I have more enegery. My body and mind react to situations faster and more reliably. I am fitter, faster and more Mobile. Almost no more back pains . Knees don't click to get up. Breathing is easier. See more
