21.01.2022 Hey you, Yeah you I see you, I hear you, I feel you. ... I’m speaking to the part of you that feels stuck. I’m speaking to the part of you that feels lost. I’m speaking to the part of you that looks in the mirror and feels angst, disgust, disconnection, sadness and/or hurt. I’m speaking to the part of you that asks when’s it ever going to improve? I’m speaking to the part of you that’s hurting so deep inside but sharing your smile for the outside world to see. I’m speaking to the side of you that’s fearful of being true, and being you. I want you to meet Chrissy from ~ 5 years ago... look into these eyes, I was hurting, I felt stuck, I felt uncertain and confused. A big part in letting go, and transforming and transitioning is realising that these parts are not you, they are not your identity, they are simply conflicting thoughts/feelings/emotions/patterns that have slowly built up over a period of time. Remember when you were an infant, or even a toddler? ... Remember when you were playful, fun, curious, excited, happy, loving... THIS is the true you. The true you at your very core and in your essence is love. Everything else is conditioned. Know thing, anything that has been learned, can be unlearned and relearned. So when you read this post, what comes to mind for you? What needs to be explored, pinpointed and unlearned? When you take that step, to do so, what in your life will change and shift for the better? You don’t have to be stuck anymore. Let’s have a chat and let’s talk about releasing those shackles holding you back. It’s time to be free, it’s time to let go, it’s time to be you.

16.01.2022 Here we go again! What happens when you become the Unapologetic + Authentic version of you? 1 month away, 4 weeks ... Unapologetic round 3! ... Check this out (1 min 5 sec) to see what those who’ve gone through it, and are currently undertaking it are saying I am so glad that Karen Rocho and I decided to join forces in business, as well as in life ... we have had so much fun delivering a full round of Unapologetic (Nov-Dec 2020), and today we have Round 2, Week 5... We realise that this is our mission! Serving, sharing, loving and giving. When someone tells us that their life is changing, this is the happiest they’ve ever been, we are changing lives... this brings so much love, joy and tears of gratitude to the surface. Today marks 1 month, and 4 weeks exactly until we launch Round 3 We are so excited, and wanted to share the impeccable transformations so far... What are you going to do? Is it time to choose you? 14.01.2022 Accepting who you are can be a big deal... I know it was for me at one stage, a HUGE DEAL. Big and scary at times... Something that significantly helped me was taking time to be with me, in my own, getting to know who I was, understanding what I liked or didn’t like, forming boundaries and my standard of how I’d choose to live...... So how did I do it? I gave myself time to be in solitude, to journal and explore my thoughts, I took time to be with the piano to write songs and poetry and express what I needed to express. I took time to meditate and go for walks and bike rides on my own. I spent time getting to know me, and I’d certainly suggest for you to do same if you’re desiring a deeper understanding standing of who you are. Do you take this time? If not, are you committed to scheduling some in, ultimately for you You are so deserving of this.
