25.01.2022 Today is the Official Launch of our 2020 CFFA Australian National Titles campaign for Christian Football South Australia. SA State categories entered will be; U14 Boys (07-06 born), U17 Boys (05-03 born), U16 Girls (07-04 born), Senior Girls (17yo+)... U21 Men's. This will be a shadow National squad entered as CFANA rather than CFSA and will be comprised of a minimum of 30 players from across the country. Two teams will be entered with opportunity to be selected for the Cfanaroos side to tour Spain in January 2021. The cost for Nationals will be $2100 plus GST including flights, accom, catering, apparel, insurance, everything (except spending money of course) and for those living within a driveable distance to Melbourne, the flights component will be removed for you. The accommodation for Nationals for players will be Urban Camp in the Melbourne Parklands only 9.8km away from Darebin Sports Complex. As we have completely rebranded, all player kits will need to be reissued. No items from 2019 will be reusable and can now be retired. The 2020 CFFA National Titles is being hosted by Victorian Churches Football Association in partnership with Football Victoria and having walked the complex, it is going to be an absolute banger! Trials will start in April. Returning Player Invitations will be issued within the next week. #ChristianFootballisthrivinginAustralia #getamongstit. #youknowyouwantto

19.01.2022 Word for March As the Coronavirus situation takes hold around the world, there is a temptation to fear. Sickness, illness, injury, accidents, these are a part o...f living life on earth. The storms of life often rage and cause distraction and distress and whether you are Christian or not, Coronavirus, like all sicknesses doesn't discriminate about who it affects. So how do we take comfort during times like these. God's Word is still alive and true. "Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;" Psalm 91:9-10 It is encouraging to know that there is no sickness in heaven and Jesus' mission was to release heaven on earth through the cross. Let us pray and declare Psalm 91 and verses 9-10 over our homes, loved ones and communities in faith. When we declare it with unshakeable faith in our hearts, we give ourselves the best chance of withstanding the storm which like bird flu, swine flu and those before it come and go. And for those of us who were looking forward to flying to Spain next weekend know this, we will all be there soon enough, as soon as the storms pass and it stabilises. Like the others, it won't last. And it worth remembering that God has never yet struck a circumstance that He is not overwhelmingly able to deal with. And He never will. Be encouraged today. And pray for Spain, Italy, China and of course our own nation too. Let's declare the above over everyone. Bless ya Matt #livewithHim

06.01.2022 Following hot on the heels of Sam Thomas last year, here is another terrific report of a young CFANA footballer achieving great things. There's plenty of room for more. April trial dates for the 2020 Rep season will be announced shortly. We'd love to see another year of tremendous turnout for the best kept secret in Aussie football.

04.01.2022 If you see yourself as a future professional and are open to considering alternatives then put yourself in the frame by trialling for CFSA State sides for this years' Australian National Titles in Melbourne. Age grade selections include U14 Boys (12yo+), U17 Boys (15yo+), U16 Girls (13yo+) and Senior Girls (17yo+). 04.01.2022 OUR POSITION CONCERNING COVID-19 CFANA and its state training arms are not, never have been nor ever will be, an association with clubs as members operating com...petitions during the designated season. We are a specialist coaching/training body who invite, select and bring people who choose to connect with us together periodically with a view towards the tournaments we engage with. Currently this is the annually facilitated CFFA's Australian National Titles. Our sessions never exceed the numbers as now mandated by the Australian Govt for indoor mass gatherings and the vast majority of our activities are conducted outside. In terms of recommended distances between coaches and players we can easily ensure the minimum 1.5m guideline as is the nature of our sport and with some very minor modifications we can ensure the same distances could exist between players without compromising the competitive elements of the game as already prescribed by our football philosophy. In terms of illness, we tend to self-regulate as participants who are unwell generally (and should always) avoid coming for a run making sure they look after themselves appropriately. We encourage everybody to adhere to your association's policies at this present time keeping in mind that it won't be forever. We also urge everyone to keep your sense of humour. Everyone is in the same boat and football has a peculiar ability to bring out the worst in people at a time where disputes over toilet tissue are making headline news. It also has the unusual ability to transcend our daily lives and can bring out the heroic in participants. Concerning the Australian National Titles, we have every reason to believe that it will proceed as scheduled at the end of Sept/Oct, if perhaps not entirely as planned but this is an evolving situation and all updates will be posted as is appropriate. Our schedules and plans continue as normal with a full expectation of God's goodness and stability in the midst of seasonally uncertain times.

02.01.2022 2020 ANNOUNCEMENT It is with great pleasure that I can now advise that CFANA is now officially a sister Academy to Cracks FC in Spain. Terms have been signed by... both the President of Cracks and the Director of CFANA to share resources and when in Spain and not playing on Valencia CF Fields will have Cracks fields as a home base. It means that Players can be selected to live at the residence and undergo genuinely elite development and trials for pro clubs. CFANA Coaches also have the opportunity to reside, train and work at Cracks alongside the professional coaches on-site. This is a great step for us as Cracks has cooperation partnerships with Valencia CF, FC Barcelona and is also a direct feeder program to Chinese Super League giants and Tim Cahill's old club, Shanghai Shenhua. It is International recognition of our processes, structures and talent and further cements our European relationships with CFANA now connected to Valencia CF, CoachPlus whose staff are all French Football Federation/Ligue Un clubs and now Cracks FC all of whom produce world class youth talent. If you would like the chance to test yourself in Spain or France and be part of the CFANA Football revolution then get in touch with us to register your interest for trials/selection. #excitingtimesatChristianFootballinOz
