20.01.2022 Improvement has been the word which has defined my lockdown period. It has been a main focus for me to look internally at myself, the team and the systems we have in place to analyse where improvements can be made to ensure were doing the best we can. Each day Ive been conducting one on one meetings with each individual team member to check in on their goals for the day, to discuss what worked and what didnt work, how theyre going mentally and to really provide as much a...ssistance as they need to go above and beyond in their role. Ive been getting a lot of inspiration externally from other industries and seeing if and how their systems and processes can be implemented into the Real Estate industry to ensure our service and processes are second to none. Improvement will continue being a focus for me as I strive to improve at least 1% every day to always ensure Im moving forward towards my goals. In Real Estate youre typically dealing with someones biggest asset, as an agent whos just started their career it can be extremely difficult to find someone who is willing to take a chance on your hunger and determination. Once you find that initial person and you achieve a fantastic result, it builds credibility in your s...ervice and now its about utilising social media to scream the result and leverage your success onto further business. 12.01.2022 Its interesting analysing a good franchise model from a poor one. From speaking with Jim, the underlying difference between successful franchises and ones which dont seem to perform as well all comes down to how they treat their franchisees. Successful franchises seem to provide a lot of support and are in constant communication with their franchisees to hear what their feedback and opinions are as theyre the ones dealing directly with the customers on a regular basis. Op...posed to franchises which struggle who seem to view their franchisees as dollar signs and abuse their relationship all in the name of the bottom line, which ultimately destroys the franchise. The takeaway from this clip is to not be too focused on making money, ensure you treat your customers with respect and care. If the product or service is good, the money will eventually come.

From speaking with Jim, the underlying difference between successful franchises and ones which don't seem to perform as well all comes down to how they treat their franchisees. Successful franchises seem to provide a lot of support and are in constant communication with their franchisees to hear what their feedback and opinions are as they're the ones dealing directly with the customers on a regular basis.
