18.01.2022 A pair of LPONs and some equipment for sale in Perth. Both 88s. Separated by about 14km site to site in an east-west direction across the metro area's fast grow...ing southern fringe. Coverage from Armadale City to Cockburn City along Armadale Rd, which is a main traffic corridor linking the two metro districts. Armadale 88 has been operational for many years. Equipment on site includes a dish antenna and an FM antenna. Site owner has given permission to operate on an ongoing basis. Jandakot 88 has undertaken test broadcasts. Both sites are relatively elevated and close to major arterial roads and highways. Coverage potential is impressive. The coverage maps attached are showing potential coverage, not actual, since there are other operators on 88 FM and their signals will impact the range of the signals from these sites. To be sold only as a pair of licences with equipment on site at Armadale. Post questions here or as private messages to me as the agent.

02.01.2022 A somewhat different style of church program in this live session, the audio from which was also simulcast on the Gosnells 87.6 FM station. Next week I might stream something from Armadale church.
