15.01.2022 "Let it shimmer, let it shine" Hey everyone remember the live video I did on Monday ...well here's one of many images I captured of that sunset. I'm glad I listened to Jas when she said sometimes what you plan doesn't come into effect so you've gotta re adapt , in which case I did.... She told me of this spot near Bribie Island and as she talked I noticed her lips were moving and words were being uttered but I couldn't stop looking into her eyes Ok...yes I'm in love ...ahem anyhoo I took her advice and I'm glad I did. This sunset almost looks as beautiful as my fiancè . Anyways enjoy the image and feel free to share with all your friends and family.

14.01.2022 "The Fingers Of The Storm" Hey everyone here's another image I captured of that storm. This to me looks as though it had fingers reaching out and yes up close this storm was that blue...it was crazy to see. Not really alot to say in this post really. So I'll say this...we all go through storms in our lives it's whether we learn from what we encounter which makes us either stronger or weaker.... it'll either make you or break you... ... But if you have a loving and supportive partner that makes all the difference..some people don't and that's ok too. .cause they face their problems alone and that makes them even stronger. I think that makes sense lol. Anyhoo feel free to share with all your friends and family... See more

11.01.2022 "Every Beautiful place hides dark secrets " Hey everyone for something different I thought as a challenge to myself thanks to my partner I'd post this image...totally unedited, untouched from the trip I took today at serenity falls located in Buderim. The waterfall was jampacked with people bathing on the rocks and kids swimming in the shallow rock pools. So it was impossible to get any images of that so instead I opted for something different, as I said this is me out of... my comfort zone...I usually edit all my images but for something different I thought why not try something different. For those that don't know with phone cameras the images are still edited , the files are known as jpegs so the camera edits the images itself, takes out what it wants and discards the rest... so in reality nothing is ever not edited unless you shoot in raw as what I've done and even then to a point the images are slightly edited. If you do like this image feel free to share it around. Remember take time for yourself and enjoy life See more

10.01.2022 "Two For The Price Of One" Yesterday as storms savaged the south east I didn't have far to capture this storm.... infact it was in walking distance lol.. As I was helping my lil Jas putting out some wet blankets on the line to dry, I couldn't help but notice a shelf cloud appearing on the far horizon so I grabbed my camera , didn't use my radar, just instincts and what I've learned from fellow chaser mates, how to read the storm and the wind direction...this cell tracked from crowsnest and through cooyar way and only clipped blackbutt...but hey what I saw was enough to capture these pics. Pretty sure this shelf cloud after it split into two separate cells the stronger one took off towards Kilcoy while the other one which turned out to be just heavy rain caused flash flooding in Kingaroy

04.01.2022 "Running Out Of Time" Sorry for the long post Hey everyone so earlier this week I came home after my shift back to my fiancè and family and Jas asked me if I wanted to go storm chasing. I thought about it as it's been a while since I've had the chance, but she really urged me to do so.. God I love her... After some consideration and a look at the radar I said ok.. And after a hug and kiss I was off. Plan of attack initially was dalby way but after a phone call to Glenn who's another chaser who lives in Dalby, stated that cell had blown over I decided to head crows nest way as there were two cells coming from the west and east, I was bound to catch atleast one of them. I made it as far as Hampton and then I saw it... A massive shelf cloud aka a gust front which are very impressive and a visual delight for us photographers who are addicted to storm photography. I wanted to get infront of this cell so I headed back yarraman way ...this cell generated very strong wind gusts which caused lots of fallen debris which I had to dodge, not to mention torrential down pours. It was really cool to see this shelf cloud in my revision mirrors as I was trying to beat the storm...I finally made it to yarraman and noticed other photographers were out taking photos too. So I got out of the car and waited til this truck drove past, and boy was there some wind behind that...I love this shot as it shows such urgency trying to get away from this storm. Feel free to share with all your friends and family... As always all images are available for sale via pm... it's great to see some decent rain finally...be kind to one another and stay safe. Thankyou my gorgeous lady

04.01.2022 "Reflections Of Life" Yesterday I decided to go scout for some new possible locations for my photography as it's been some time I've gotten out...you know life happens, work and family time which both are very important. I found this hidden gem between Blackbutt and Yarraman so I stopped the car and got out with my camera...this was a handheld shot and without filters.... I loved the way the trees cast their Reflections on this still water, which reminded me of my own life. So whilst taking this image I reflected on past relationships which btw weren't very good and quiet abusive too...compared to what I have now... Sometimes in our lives we have to go through Hell and endure the pain and hardships to reach Heaven and gain unconditional love and the knowing you're valued, and that's what I have now with my new lady and family. So thankyou from the bottom of my heart my lil Jas you have shown me what love is and I'm forever grateful. The thing is if you learn from those shitty situations it helps you grow and it matures you enabling you to be ready for "the one" Feel free to share this with all your friends and family...

03.01.2022 Who's ready for astro season...I know I am...this was taken up at Coomba Falls last winter located in Maidenwell...once again I'll be doing astro workshops cost oniy $50 pp and with that I'll be able to teach you how to gain sharp focus and framing the image.. All you need is a torch, tripod, dslr camera capable of an iso 1600 to 3200 and an f/stop of 2.8 or even 3.5 and focal length 11-16mm if you have an 18mm don't worry as you'll still be able to capture the milkyway...and if you have a self timer that's beneficial if you don't have an introvolemeter...bring warm clothes, a chair if you like and coffee if you drink it...and be prepared to stay up late...look forward to hearing from you all.
