Ingredients... 1 cup Epsom salts 10 drops Chamomile oil 1 chamomile tea bag Directions Place the salts, tea bag and oil in the bottom of the tub and run the hot water until they are fully covered. Allow the chamomile to infuse into the bath water for ten minutes before running more water to produce the perfect temperature for a relaxing bath. Enjoy before a restful sleep!
