17.01.2022 When you're destined for big things and you avoid stepping into them . .... we transfer that destiny that we could be developing on the outside of our body, to the inside of it instead. .... Padding our internal world with the disappointment we hold in ourselves for not creating the desires of our hearts on the outside world yet. . And thus, creating more and more stories about how there is something wrong with us and building more and more shame for who we are. . Connecting these stories to making it mean something about our value as a person . . ......"who am I to say that I’m destined for this" . "Look at my body, I can’t even do the basic function of being healthy." . Turning our focus from the risky problem of what I am afraid might happen if I create this... . to the safe problem of I’m broken, I can never have the desires of my heart . . You however get to change all of this!!! . You get to face the things your fearing and move straight threw them... . ....Because were our attention goes, our energy flows... creating the very thing we feared in the first place. Meaning, if you continue to look at what you don’t want... you will continue to get more of the same. Creating the things your trying run away from . You get to let go of it... and move into that things your destined for... . For the true desires of your heart are put there for a reason. . Because your destined for them, you allowed to have them, they are gift that have been divinely bestowed upon you. . You just have to accept them and unwrap them. . This is your time. . 14.01.2022 We go rogue on all sorts of things in our house... and Christmas is no different. We’ve never done Santa in our house, it’s just not our thing. Instead, we’ve always put the gifts out and watched the excitement grow. ... Our children each draw names select gifts for each other. They eagerly look forward to seeing if their recipient loves it, and are excited to see what gift has been lovely selected for them. And I love adding to the pile with gifts from Ben and me, and watching them as they try and see which one is for them. I love seeing them thoughtfully figure out gifts for each other and trying to wrap it In secret waiting until the day we decide to open gifts. Yes we do Christmas differently... just like we do lots of things differently... we do it the way that suits our family.
