25.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE At this stage the salon will be remaining OPEN. We will continue working for as long as we are advised safe to do so by the government! Unfort...unately in our line of work it is impossible to adhere to safe distancing guidelines, so we must reiterate how important it is that clients PLEASE reschedule their appointments if they have absolutely ANY signs of illness what so ever. Please also reschedule if you have returned from interstate recently, or have been in close contact with someone that has. We have vulnerable staff, with vulnerable family members and we dont feel comfortable taking any unnecessary risks to their health and safety. In saying that, we of course are doing our bit to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment for our clients. All magazines have been removed, so please bring in your own books, kindles, iPads etc if you wish. We are all trained within our qualifications to maintain hygiene so you can be assured the salon is a sterile environment. We will be limiting numbers in the salon aswell as an extra precaution to limit the risk to staff and clients, so we do ask that only the client receiving the service comes for their appointment. Please refrain from bringing children, friends and unnecessary visitors to the salon. We really hope that implementing these measures mean that we can stay open, and keep looking after our wonderful clientele. But this will only be possible if our clients also do the right thing

19.01.2022 Wow time has flown! Just over a year ago I left everything Id known and loved for a new adventure - its now been just over 12 months! I wanted to share a bit of our story so far! Firstly I hope your all well and I do still think about you all ... When we got to the UK, London was nothing like we could have imagined.. started working for an agency - 5 star hotels polishing cutlery and glasses, cleaning dirty dishes and preparing high teas working along side the rudest people I have yet to come across.. lets just say that did not last too long The 30 degree heat and catching the tube with thousands of others the tube hitting a high of 52 degrees one day- not pleasant on the way to work! After 5 weeks in London we packed up our things and left our amazing house mates and headed up to Manchester having no idea what we were going to do. Lucky enough to have some incredible family we settled in and started looking for work and a place of our own. I began working for a Nail Bar - Digital Nail art Any picture at all from your phone or the internet you could have on your nails was pretty amazing what you can actually do! Unfortunately it was just myself and another girl working and after her first day she up and left leaving me working 60 plus hour weeks. Whilst still employed I got a call after a month or so asking if Id be interested in a HR job for Marks and Spencer (that Id interviewed for when I first got here) by this time I was getting a bit lonely working on my own so I took the job! Lets just say HR is obiously so different to Beauty but you know me I need to chat so its been a nice change. In the last 12 months we have been to Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam, Ibiza, Menorca, Corfu, Marrakech, Pisa, Rome, Edinburgh and Portugal and this month Paris and then to Cuba so fair to say, so far we have seen a lot! Its been an Amazing journey so far and time will keep ticking away whilst we keep crossing off our bucket list but I cant wait to catch up with you all properly in the future!
