For more information on Christinas’ award winning restaurant visit: www.christinasrestaurant.com.au/ Here is Christina's Recipe of the Day: Chicken Saltimbocca Ingredients: 1 Chicken Breast, 2-3 Bacon eyes Cream and Butter Parmesan cheese and Flour White Wine or Chicken stock Method: Slice Chicken Breast and lightly flour Place in Pre-heated Fry pan with Butter and teaspoon of Olive Oil Pan cook 2- 3 bacon eyes and add to chicken breasts Flash White Wine in pan if you don’t want to use wine I use Chicken Stock just to flash the pan Cook for 5 to 10 mins and then add Cream just enough to cover the breasts Keep reducing the cream, add 1 tablespoon of butter and 3 tablespoon of parmesan cheese Reduce the cream should be 10- 15 mins ready to serve with a Garden salad and season fries or mash potato You can also substitute the chicken for Veal

As a user-led organisation, our board is unique in that the majority of our board members are comprised of individuals with lived experience - people living with disability, a mental health condition, family members, and supporters - who collaborate alongside a diverse range of professional people who support our mission statement. 14.01.2022 We are so happy to be able to take bookings from Wednesday next week! And super excited to be able to see you all in person again (with a few little changes). You may have seen the recent changes that allow us to have 20 patrons whilst maintaining the social distancing advice. We will be following these rules, spreading tables apart and providing hand sanitisation for customers. We ask that you please practice responsible hygiene, kindly cancel your booking if you are feeli...ng unwell, avoid shaking hands and stay with your booking group. We want to minimise risk to all of you and our staff so that the restrictions can continue to be lifted. We will continue to monitor the restrictions week by week.
