14.01.2022 Fifteen fine marriage celebrants were at our first Inner West Regional meeting. It was a relaxed and informative evening with some lively discussions. A lot of creativity in the room! We will be meeting again in a few months time.

02.01.2022 Congratulations to all who will be able to marry in Australia . It is important to know that no marriage ceremony can go ahead until after the law is passed in both houses of Parliament. Then we celebrants will be advised by the Attorney General's Department how we are to proceed. The present requirement is to lodge a Notice of Intention to Marry ONE MONTH AHEAD of the proposed wedding. That notice cannot be filed until after the Marriage Act has been amended. I hope this helps all prospective couples.
