22.01.2022 This last weekend myself, Cr Tony Marwood, Cr Colleen Gates and Cr Robert Amos went on a 20km bike ride around Echuca with the Active Transport Group to understand the connectivity issues around Echuca - how to make cycling safer in the area - how to make it a better option as a mode of transport - how to promote a fantastic healthy and tourist activity for our area. Thanks to Green Pedal Cycles for the use of the electric bikes - it was great fun and something anyone could do.

22.01.2022 I know a Councillor's responsibility isn't just to current residents, but to future generations too. We're facing community challenges like never before, and our community deserves their councillors to serve in all of our interests, to build inclusive infrastructure ... and to support our business community be the best they can be. Provide the right services to our community. We need councillors to support our shopping strips, but also our industrial businesses - And for this, we need good strategy and the willingness to implement new ideas.

Although I know almost everyone has voted and got their ballots in, I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for all of their support, kind words and all of the engagement over the past few weeks. No matter the outcome of the election, it has been such a wonderful experience to listen to our community and to have such good chats with you about what we all want for our shire. ... These past few weeks have given me an extraordinary opportunity to learn more about the deep thoughts and ideas so many have for our Shire's future. So thank you, thank you for taking the time to help me through this journey - be it by sharing your ideas with me, sharing your frustrations or just telling me what your goals are for our Shire. And no matter what - I'll keep listening and be ready to work!

01.01.2022 The election results for the Campaspe Shire were announced yesterday and are available on the VEC website. Below are the Echuca ward results. I would like to thank everyone for your support and assistance in this next step for me to represent our fantastic shire, now for the real work to begin. Please call or ring to keep me up to date with any issues in your areas so I can assist in any way I can.

01.01.2022 I did my own little polling this week on social media, I was interested to see how many people had already cast their vote. And almost everyone already had! If you have not already, remember that Friday is a public holiday and you need to have posted your ballot by COB on Thursday to have it postmarked.... You can still drop the ballots off to the electoral office Before 6 pm on Friday 23 October 2020 - it is at 174 Annesley Street.
