16.01.2022 I have had many thoughts about this . Clients will often share their concerns with a therapist during a treatment. One lady recently became very upset about things she overheard being said about her - things which were very petty and unfair, and perhaps, worst of all, made comments about her appearance. So please be mindful of these things: WORDS HAVE WINGS SO SPEAK NICE THINGS! Cessnock is really just like a village - word gets around! ... LITTLE PIGS HAVE BIG EARS and they love to repeat what they have heard. BITTERNESS DOES THE MOST HARM TO THE PERSON CARRYING IT - try to let go and move on gracefully. The vast majority of our clients are beautiful people with huge caring hearts - I have been shown enormous support in times of need, and I hate to see people on the receiving end of unkindness. Be kind to each other, and perhaps coffee mug philosophy can fix it all!

04.01.2022 It was an early start this morning for the launch of Thalgos amazing new Source Marine in Sydney, but I was compensated by some stunning scenery along the way. This is near Mulbring, 7ish. We live in a beautiful part of the world!

03.01.2022 I have been seeing clients who have MILIA in the eye area. These are SOLID WHITE LUMPS below the surface of the skin which gradually increase in size. Apparently in the local area I am known as The Milia Queen -milia removal expert. Thalgos wonderful SILICIUM EYE CREAM will firm and hydrate the eye area to help prevent the occurrence of these little pests and it will also support the eyelid area to improve drooping eyelids. If you feel you are troubled by these milia call at the salon and we will assess the problem to advise on your best plan of attack :) The SILICIUM EYE CREAM, containing MATRIXYL has been in the news.
