19.01.2022 Yes they can and Yes they do take on our emotions. . Like us humans they also suffer from anxiety, depression etc. We are able to seek treatment for ourselves through counseling, anti-depressants etc. Our pets however are been treated by vets with medications as there has been no counseling services for animals until now. Animal kinesiology is a form of counseling for your pets as they are able to communicate to me what their issues are and why they behave they way they do. Animal kinesiology also helps them to release those issues resulting in calmer and happier pets. This has been proven to me every time I do a balance with amazing results.

17.01.2022 Hi everyone, these are some of the stretches I do myself to help with my own lower back pain. They are certainly helpful for general aches and pains. It is very important to remember when doing any stretch to: 1. Take your time and gently ease into the stretch. 2. Good pain is where you are sore but the stretch eases that soreness and it... feels good. Bad pain is any sharp pain that stops you in your tracks. DO NOT CONTINUE. 3. The piriformis stretch mentioned here should NOT be performed if you have injured your back through any accident (eg: car, workplace injury) or have had surgery (ie spinal fusion, lumber reconstruction etc). Hint: When trying this stretch for the first time you may prefer to use the wall as a support mechanism. 4. Always consult your doctor/physiotherapist if you are unsure of any stretch that may aggravate any existing medical condition or injury. <3
