25.01.2022 I took a little walk down memory lane today! For those of you that have known me for many years you will remember my Grandma, one of her favourite puddings was Steamed spotted dick pudding which she would put in a boiler with the pudding dish covered with a white cloth and tied with string, years may have passed since I last ate one of Grandmas yummy puddings but today I made this one - no string involved and probably a little easier with the Thermomix!
