25.01.2022 Site visit today to our Contemporary Beach House dedign on the Esplanade at Golden Beach. Such a nice home to be in with bold use of Black in the framing and cabinetry offset by timber ceilings and feature joinery. looking good Seahavenhomes and infocus cabinets @Infocuscabinets

25.01.2022 Clifftop House at Moffat Beach a recently completed multi level concrete home on an ocean front site with amazing views to pt cartwright. The home includes luxury features such as a designer lift, multi level media room, large gym, 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, an office, and 4 car garaging.

25.01.2022 The display home for these Signature Terrace homes on the new island at Pelican Waters is mid way through construction. Cant wait to see it open. The homes have been designed with downsizing in mind, but still with ample space. Each home has a master bedroom downstairs along with another master upstairs to give options. Courtyard design gives privacy and natural light and ventilation into the middle of the homes. We have designed many plan options to suit different budgets and site orientations, along with 5 different fascades. Each terrace home is on its own Lot not in a complex.

Real veneer by Eveneer Elton Group The shoiji style design matches the custom timber doors we have also designed for the home.

22.01.2022 Our Modern Mooloolaba design. Modern Coastal living. The clean lines of Mid Century updated to suit our Sunshine Coast Design style. The living room opens up to the outdoor entertainment area with a huge 3m high x 15m wide stacking door, for seamless indoor outdoor transition.
