These include: omega-3 fatty acids from cold-water fish such as salmon and tuna, beans, flaxseeds, walnuts, green leafy vegetables, canola and olive oil, and green tea. Dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese contain calcium and vitamin D which also help by increasing bone strength.... Avoiding sugar, saturated fat as found in junk food and red meat, and refined carbohydrates such as white bread and white rice will also assist in decreasing inflammation.
