25.01.2022 There are many heroes in the world, and although not all of them wear a cape, did you know that we have lots of superheroes at CtP? Yes we do, our Preps have all been absolute champions during remote learning and they designed a virtual cape for Drama while sharing their hero stories. We are so proud of all our CtP champions, from Prep to year 6, but we particularly applaud out littlest students, for all their hard work and for the many adjustments they’ve had to make in their first year of school. Bravo to our Preps, you are our CtP heroes!

25.01.2022 Grade 4 students enjoyed a special visit from Father Richard and Tien today. They explored different parts of the Mass, the sacrament of Eucharist and enjoyed learning about the various religious items Father brought along with him such as the Roman Missal, the Chalice and the Host. It was a great discussion had by all.

19.01.2022 Wishing all our dads and grandfathers a happy Father’s Day.

18.01.2022 These last few weeks, Prep students used their creative juices to create little masterpieces from fruit. Most of them did the activity through Seesaw and some even created a collage face from actual fruit. They look good enough to eat! Yummy! Students also took a simple squiggly line prompt and transformed it into their own unique artwork. What can you create from a squiggly line? The art of Hervè Tullet was the inspiration behind the bright and colourful hand drawing. We hope these artworks bring a smile to your face. Which artworks are your favourite? #christthepriest #studentsartworks #fruitfaces #squigglyline #artinschool #hervetullet #primarycolours

03.01.2022 Spoonville has arrived at CtP! This week our Prep, 1&2 children kicked off our village by creating their own unique Spooneys. On their Specialist day, they made their Spooney for Art, told stories with their Spooney for Drama, labelled parts of their Spooney in Italian, sang and danced with their Spooney for Music, and used spoons to play games with for PE. There was so much fun that was had using Spooneys, and now, they'll be making their way to school to meet lots of new friends in our CtP Spoonville garden! During the holidays, pop by and have a look at our colourful and vibrant CtP Spoonville, located at the front of our school. We look forward to seeing more new Spooneys creations added by our middle and senior school in the beginning of Term 4. The more the merrier!!
