22.01.2022 One of my favourite things, is when my essential oil delivery arrives! I often get asked what brand of essential oils I use, and the answer is Plant Therapy. I think it’s great that people ask, you definitely should, because if you are buying products with inferior oils, you are basically throwing good money away. BUT, you don’t have to fall into the trap of thinking that the MLM pyramid brands (Doterra, young living etc) are the only quality brands, it’s just not true. Do your research, and you’ll find other affordable, quality oils. * Doterra and young living both supply good quality oils, but be aware that you are paying for not just the oils, but for the supplier and the people in the levels above your supplier to make money, which is why they are so expensive. Buying directly from a quality supplier, will save you a bundle

21.01.2022 So for the first time in a long time I didn't have to wear ear plugs last night- you see, my husband is a CHRONIC snorer. I've been wearing earplugs for the last 13 years so I can actually fall asleep over his snoring.
