25.01.2022 RANGEHOOD INSTALLATION After I had completed the tile backsplash I continued the revamp on this kitchen by adding a rangehood. Rangehoods are almost necessary in any kitchen and can really make a difference when you are wanting to give it a modern and clean look whilst also keeping it functional.

25.01.2022 PATIO FACELIFT This patio needed a total facelift. I replaced the structure with new timber, sealed and painted it and then finished it with new LaserLite corrugated sheeting. 25.01.2022 KITCHEN SPLASH BACK TILING Sometimes just a little bit of tiling in your kitchen/coffee station makes all the difference. If you need any tiling or re-grouting done this is something that I really enjoy doing!

24.01.2022 KITCHEN TILING Here is a kitchen which I tiled, I loved this colour! This home was a new build but tiling the kitchen wasnt included in the package. My client picked the tiles and I installed them. ... It certainly added some colour to the whole room!

20.01.2022 OUTDOOR FLOOR DIP REPAIR When I went to this job there was a large dip in the brick tiling. Upon investigation there was an old drain which had not been sealed off properly. So I made sure it was fully sealed by cementing it in and then replaced the brick flooring...no more dip!

20.01.2022 KITCHEN TILING I love doing tiling. This early 90s kitchen was in good condition but the original cream tiles were dated and my clients were going to sell and just wanted to revamp it prior to listing. These white and grey tiles really gave it a new lease on life and brightened up the room!

20.01.2022 OUTDOOR CEDAR CEILING My client wanted to add some warmth to their outdoor area and WOW this looked amazing once finished! I needed to add some extra beams before I could attach the cedar planks.... This is an amazing way to give your outdoor area a big improvement and add some character!

15.01.2022 CUPBOARD SHELVING This new-build home did not include shelving inside the cupboards. I made and installed these custom shelves to the specific requirements of my client. Make the most of your cupboards by adding custom shelves!

15.01.2022 DOOR STOPPER This door kept hitting the wall but a regular stopper obviously wouldnt have worked so I added a door stopper to the wall so when the door opened it didnt damage both the door and the wall itself! EASY!

14.01.2022 FENCE COVER-UP My client REALLY didnt like the look of their fence...could you blame them? So I covered it up with timber and then stained it. And WOW it looked incredible and gave off a completely difference feel!

14.01.2022 Installation of a twin slot shelving system throughout the studio of Mistress of the Seams. I always ensure that I use a laser for jobs like these to make sure things are 100% spot on. The room looks great now and with endless shelving options as business changes and grows!

12.01.2022 This older home did not have any fly screens on the beautiful original windows, which were painted shut. I freed up the windows, replaced the fittings, built custom fly-screens and fitted them so they were perfect. Now Mistress of the Seams has functional kitchen windows for fresh air and her cat can not escape! I also added a handy little shelf in between the outer windows!

10.01.2022 INTERNAL WALL CRACK REPAIR Another internal wall crack fixed! These are so common, particularly in newer houses...they are restorable though!

10.01.2022 INTERNAL WALL CRACK REPAIR As you can see, above this range hood was quite severely cracked. I filled it and then re-painted, you never would have known the crack was there! Do you have cracks that need fixing? Call me today!

09.01.2022 Mistress of the Seams wanted a little patio build at the rear of her property...one that can be turned into a future cat run, but also to be used as a space to install a wall-hung washing line. I built and installed this little patio which will serve all functions...now to build the cat run so her cats and foster cats are kept safe! Chris Walker | 0418 918 451

09.01.2022 BATHROOM TILING This bathroom originally had one row of tiles above the vanity and one row of tiles up from the floor. I extended the tiling from the floor right up to the ceiling. I love these modern black tiles!

08.01.2022 GUTTERING & TANK INSTALLATION For this client I installed the guttering and also the water tank around this large garden shed. Now they can take advantage some of the winter rainfall!... P.S. I also assisted in the DIY building of the shed pictured!

08.01.2022 GARAGE ENTRANCE REPAIR The entrance to my clients garage was not built the same on both sides, so it looked a little odd. I built a box to match the other side, connected it to the wall, and then finished it off with the same finish!

07.01.2022 My client wanted their fixed shower head to be changed to be removable and on a sliding bar. Easy!

07.01.2022 BROKEN TILE REPLACEMENT These tiles were clearly broken well beyond repair. I removed the broken tiles and then replaced them with identical new tiles. You wouldnt even know!

06.01.2022 REPAIRING POOL HEADER TILES These header tiles were not installed very well and eventually started becoming unstable. I removed the tiles, cleaned the original adhesive off, filled in the gaps at the rear of the tile and then used a flexible industrial adhesive (applied in lines giving more surface area) and then placed the tiles back down. ... They arent going anywhere any time soon and it is now safe again to walk around the pool!

05.01.2022 INTERNAL WALL CRACK REPAIR I called this one the map of South America! There was a pretty major internal wall crack, I took it right back to the brick and then filled and painted!

04.01.2022 BATHROOM RE-GROUTING This bathroom was not tiled well, I re-grouted the whole thing and it looked amazing after! If your bathroom/kitchen need re-grouting contact me today!

02.01.2022 REPAIRING GABLE This home had an old style gable which was water damaged. I removed the whole face of the gable, ensured it was water tight and then used HardiePlank weatherboards to give the front faade a more modern look.

02.01.2022 INTERNAL CEILING CRACK REPAIR Not exactly the best place to have a crack or peeling paint! To fix this one I installed a strip along the crack/paint.

01.01.2022 FURNITURE UPCYCLYING I wish I had taken before photos of this job! It was originally an old style wooden drawer set but my client wanted to upcycle it instead of sending it to the tip.
