25.01.2022 Renovation Project A light-filled contemporary addition to the back of this 1930s Californian bungalow completely transformed this home.

25.01.2022 Polished Concrete Floor Many hours of work go into a polished concrete floor. Starting 6:30am and finishing at 10:30pm for several days. Take a look at the process from start to finish -steel reinforcement to final buff. This is a 3000 grit polished concrete finish, giving the floor that shine and making it very easy to clean. Awesome work by the @concreative team and a massive thank you to Matty @thetoolstore for supplying us with all the spot lights we needed last minute.

24.01.2022 KIAMA DOWNS PROJECT Final level of our lift shaft is complete. Its a long way down but what a view to wake up to. Whilst incorporating a lift into construction isnt cheap, it will add value and allow buyers to maximize the use of their home for years to come.

We have been fortunate to have the founder of @bedleveller working on our site, along with @GlennGazzard , ensuring the laying of the blockwalls are to the highest standard. A quick shoutout to our friend @jakeebaiiley who was involved in a car accident on his way to site on Tuesday. We are glad to hear you are recovering well and hope to see you back on site soon.

10.01.2022 Kiama Downs Project Working back late till 9:00pm last night on the concrete slab to get it finished just right and back on site bright and early this morning to start curing.

10.01.2022 NEW BUILD These large 704R sliding doors by @awsaustralia and windows on this Cronulla project were too heavy to be installed by hand. We had to call in the services of Wisemans Ferry Mini Cranes to help us out. This glass panel weighed over 400kg and the only way to be installed was over the swimming pool. Take a look at how we did it and watch this space to see the final reveal!

04.01.2022 Kiama Downs Project Loving the curved detail. This project has thrown some challenges our way. The loose ground meant every footing had to be formed. All footings in this shot were cantilevered to bridge the void in the rock shelf underground. The result is some neat levelled footings making life easy for our bricklayers. Great work by the team!
