The government has announced an extension to the contract signing date for the HomeBuilder grant from the 31st of December 2020 to the 31st of March 2021 at a reduced amount. Contracts signed between 1st of January 2021 and 31st March 2021 for new builds or substantial renovations will be eligible for $15,000 (previous eligibility criteria still apply).... Anyone building is always looking at a variety of aspects when deciding on which Builder to proceed with, and there is usually one or two that are more important than any other. For this client, it was trust, relationship and feeling comfortable with the people building his home above all else, because as he mentioned to us numerous times he wanted a home not a house. He felt like Chross Homes & Developments were going to give him that exp...erience. We couldn’t be more excited to take this client on the journey together and bring his dream to life. We’ll be demolishing this house in two stages and building the granny flat first, followed by the main house. The client has also decided to stick with the Heritage style elevation in keeping with the area.
