20.01.2022 A couple of days ago, while peering into a microscope, I was both stunned and amazed to see the cosmos! Literally, I saw a deep, dark, silent space full of little dots, magnificent like stars in the night sky when you are away from city lights, and these were luminous, fluorescent green specks, singly, in clusters of a few, and sometimes in large clumps of amorphous shapes intense and mysterious! I was viewing florescent microscopy of a laboratory tissue preparation of lowe...r back fascia, and yet, at 40-times magnification, I saw what looked to me like heavenly bodies in the cosmos. It reminded me of a truth: what is deep and subtle within me and you is eternally and gloriously reflected in the world around us. Our experience within defines our experience without. Daily, while I go about doing things, I sometimes change my conscious focus for a few moments to go deep within to sense and observe subtleties within myself touch, smell, sight, thought, emotion, breath, heartbeat Can you feel the gently flowing rhythm of life force within you? As our conscious awareness of our being deepens within, our experience of doing daily things and touching people around us begins to expand and gain a warm and rich intensity that is both meaningful and fulfilling.
