21.01.2022 M E D I T A T E . . . Taking time out each day to sit and breathe and listen to my inner knowing ... I’ve been a yoga teacher for 7 years and have sat back and watch others teach. I’ve enjoyed being a student and learning. But now it’s time to get back on the mat and teach what I am meant to teach. First I had to create true balance for myself. When I was running my yoga studio years ago... it just didn’t align with me. Teaching students to listen to their bodies.. rest when needed where meanwhile I was struggling to make ends meet, juggling motherhood and paying overheads for a studio. And I promised that I would never put myself in that situation again. That when I taught again I wouldn’t have to worry about money and I could concentrate on sharing my intuitive gifts to my yogis... 08.01.2022 SO HERE IS MY HONEST REVIEW ON MY SMART COFFEE So I have been drinking this new brew for the last month or so and I’m absolutely loving it But at first TBH I was like what the actual... I mean I think I am a bit of a coffee snob in the way that I dislike instant coffee... and my coffee has to be a certain temperature with my froth but not too frothy milk. Plus I prefer soy or almond milk to cows milk.
