I'm passionate about getting this new information on self care to fellow therapists. "Connect' is a short show which airs once a month to all the members of the Massage and Myotherapy Association, which is one of the major massage associations in Australia. David and Michelle discussed Michelle's first forays into studying massage and later creating a successful business as a practicing massage therapist. They discuss her transition from clinician to full time massage teacher and talk about all the different subjects Michelle loves teaching. I'd normally start with flash cupping, sliding then stationary cups on medial cal. tubercle and second cup mid plantar fascia with dorsi flexion and finally tilted stationary cups, but Stu covers off in the sliding component in this video.
