10.01.2022 Thank you to our local cheese maker Anna from Coldstream Dairy for the cheese for our wine tasting ride. Anna chose an aussiago cheese that has been aged so it’s crumbly and full of flavour. All packed and ready to go in an insulated saddle bag. Perfect pairing for our @tokarestate wines.
