10.01.2022 Review " We were in Perth (from Geraldton) for 5 nights for medical reasons and found the Churchill Ave Short Stay Accommodation to be in very close proximity to KEMH, Princess Margaret Children's Hospital and Sir Charlie Gardiner Hospital which was perfect. Churchill Ave was very easy to get to from the freeway and is only a few hundred metres from the centre of Subiaco. The airconditioned unit is two stories, with a studio bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a open plan ar...ea downstairs with a clean fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and laundry/toilet. The bedroom area upstairs is quite large. The queen sized bed was very comfortable and there is a big walk-in close, tv and office desk. Whilst we didn't bring our kids there is a trundle bed that could accommodate a few extras if needed. The street view from upstairs was lovely and the courtyard downstairs is peaceful to sit in and enjoy coffee from the Coffee shop 50m away (ps it also does a lovely lunch and were reasonably priced) There are a lot of restaurants, pubs and cafes close by within walking distance as well as Coles and Farmer Jacks Supermarkets nearby. I was surprised how quiet the street was although street parking would sometimes be hard to find. The one thing that really stood out for my husband was how close Domain Stadium for the Afl Footy was, now just to find tickets for some matches The unit overall was very clean and comfortable and the central location is perfect for a city visit. We will definitely be staying at Churchill Ave again.
