14.01.2022 This was a great one pot dinner. I used YIAH Chinese 5 Spice, ginger powder and YIAH Herb and Garlic Dip Mix (there was no fresh ginger or garlic in the house). Fabulous flavours.

12.01.2022 Spaghetti bolognese featuring Intense Garlic Oil, Porcini salt, Pizza spice Blend and a small amount of Taco spice blend. Great variation on a family favourite.
