21.01.2022 With Corona virus the toilet paper isle maybe empty but there are lentils a plenty. Try these sprouted lentil patties, Good for your budget, health and skin. Photo 2- 1 cup green lentils soaked in 4 cup water for 12 hours, Photo 3- Drain and leave to sprout another 12 hours. ... Photo 4- Lentils,salt,pepper,sage,onions and cayenne pepper ready to blend in a food processor to creamy consistency. Photos 5+6- Roll up 40mm balls of sprouted lentil patty mix and fry on both sides. Photo 7- My favourite way of eating these patties.

Furthermore, recent studies have found that a fake smile can be emotionally exhausting, leading to bad moods and withdrawal. Conversely a genuine smile, brightens the mood of the smilee, and those around them! While we cant always be smiling, we can strive to connect with genuine happiness by being authentic. Forget the ideal or the carefully contrived Facebook profile....just be your authentic and true self, (which is way more interesting than the ideal anyway!) and you may find yourself with a smile on your face.

Make sure you double check the packaging of the particular ones that you are using, but most cotton pads are made from 100% cotton. After youve used these and they are covered in Citra Clear (and whatever dirt comes off your face) simply pop them in the compost bin along with your food scraps.... The worms will love you! 08.01.2022 Even though my favorite cafes are closed for the usual Sunday plant based big breakfast, I decided to make my own. Here is todays creation....kale and sprouted lentil patties, avocado, alfalfa sprouts, baked beans, rye sourdough bread and a home brewed coffee.. Great for the tummy and for healthy skin.

Why not bring some nature into your home.We got a cutting off this ribbon plant from outside and potted it into a pot that was made at school many years ago, and now it brightens up our kitchen. Looking after a plant is almost like having a pet. It teaches patience, gives a sense of purpose and hope when things are looking bleak. They are also great listeners!... Feel free to drop in to our place in Springwood if you are in the area and would like a cutting of any of the plants that we have at the moment. We are happy to share.
