23.01.2022 Wondering what's special this week? Well the wait is over. This weeks special is Bihari Dum Gosht from the State called Bihar in India. Goat curry marinated with yogurt and mustard oil with predominant flavour of royal cumin and cooked with special herbs and spices.

18.01.2022 Celebratory post. We recently celebrated our daughter’s 4th bday. It truly was a celebration of everything we are grateful for. The occasion had beautiful settings thankyou Village Family Motor Inn Launceston. Great party hosting for kids by Fairy Tales & Pirate Sails - Statewide... Last but not least awesome food and catering by none other than Cinnamon Cafe & Indian Restaurant - starters included mouthwatering pottly samosa ( money bags) , vegetable spring rolls and chicken tikka - mains continued to build on the culinary extravaganza with butter chicken, malai kofta, daal makhni, aloo gobhi and Bihari dum gosht ( tender slow cooked goat curry) - Desserts were like a sweet kiss on the tingling taste buds with Rainbow unicorn cake from Michelle's Sweet Delights and a crowd pleaser combination of gulab jamun with ice cream.
