14.01.2022 What a difference 12months can make. This was Bernie, mother of 4, last January at the beginning of her 1st challenge and today starting her 4th challenge, minus 30kgs She looks incredible and her fitness levels are amazing.

10.01.2022 Week 1 weigh in for Belinda Hobbs and she has lost 3kgs. Excellent result. Big thank you to the Bod Pod Townsville who we will be using each week for Belinda's weigh ins. Bring on week 2, we are stepping her up to 4 sessions and incorporating the pool for some water based exercises ~ Belinda's Journey "watch this space"

01.01.2022 Day 2 for Belinda Hobbs she smashed her session. Massive rope and 15kg bar. We worked her own program of sets and reps. Got a great sweat up. Hard work But she still managed to smile throughout it.. Trooper!!
