09.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone. We hope you have lovely long weekend with family and friends. Classes and private sessions will resume as normal on Tuesday morning (no saturday classes tomorrow and Monday closed). Hope to see you all then, well rested after the break and ready for action. 05.01.2022 Happy New Year to all. The first competition run of the year, the Sun Run 10K (Dee Why to Manly) takes place on Saturday 6th February 2016. It’s a great scenic run finishing along South Steyne in Manly.... Enter at sunruncoleclassic.com.au with the team name Circuitry Fitness Avalon Beach (password circuitry if required). Still running 6 am every Friday gym car park to Palmy and back for anyone who fancies a run. Own pace of course!
