25.01.2022 Here's a great review that one of our customers messaged us this morning. Got a call this morning to deliver a Boxing class within 20 minutes of waking up. Luckily, I had a 'Trainer’s Toolbox' so all I had to do was go to the gym and pull out an already planned workout and the 'Boxing combo' training cards. Then I just picked out the ones I wanted to use, placed the cards out, and followed the pre designed workout. The funniest thing was it was probably one of the best wor...kouts I’ve ever delivered, and I did none of the work to plan it. 17.01.2022 Another tasty tester from out NEW 'Fresh Fit' section (outdoor training plans) 'BUSTED' Why not get ‘Busted’ in a bunch? Share the pleasure and the pain post workout, it only lasts 20 minutesit can’t be that bad can it??? AMRAP for 20 minutes, try and complete ‘As Many Rounds As Possible’... DEBRIEF What you need- Powerbag (substitute with sandbag or dumbells) Mat Towel WHERE The great Outdoors OPTIONS Vary the reps, distance, weight, time TIPS Keep a record of how many sets completed. Each station counts as 1 - so if you do 3 complete rounds and finish at station 5, that’s 3.5 rounds!! Take your rest as required butremember you are competing against the Clock! Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock! Once you’ve done the session, go ahead grab a drink, recover and prepare for the final step: Stretches. GET STARTED- DYNAMIC STRETCH / WARM UP- Repeat as required 10 x leg swings (each leg) 10 x cross body leg swings (each leg) 10 x walking knee to chest (each leg) 10 x walking lunges (each leg) 10 x arm swings (forward) 10 x arm swings (backward) 10 x push ups Repeat as required THE CIRCUIT - ‘BUSTED’ TIME: AMRAP in 20 minutes (As Many Rounds As Possible) 1. Shuttle Runs 50 meters x 4 = 200 meters 2. Full Sit-ups (bw) x 20 reps 3. Squat Press (powerbag) x 20 reps 4. Bicep (reverse) Curls (powerbag) x 20 reps 5. Bent Over Row (powerbag) x 20 reps 6. Upright Row (powerbag) x 20 reps 7. Squats (powerbag) x 20 reps 8. Lunges reverse (x 10 reps) each leg Start back at station 1 and repeat all stations. So, - Run/Walk 50 meters x4, then repeat stations 2-8. Complete As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes.

'500 FRENZY' Run and Row yourself into a sweaty frenzy with this one but beware if you go out too hard you might not make it over the finish line!... OPTIONS Vary the distances on the Rower and Treadmill, shorter or longer! Adjust recovery and change-over time to suit individual fitness levels. Use as an in-house Tag Team Challenge - Teams of 2, one row and one run for the fastest combined time! TIPS Take a rest as required - this is a tough cardio circuit so pace yourselves... just a bit!! Try and keep a record of each of your individual times on the 3 stations. Once your done, go ahead grab a drink, recover and prepare for the final step: Stretches. GET STARTED- DYNAMIC STRETCH / WARM UP Repeat as required 10 x leg swings (each leg) 10 x cross body leg swings (each leg) 10 x walking knee to chest (each leg) 10 x walking lunges (each leg) 10 x arm swings (forward) 10 x arm swings (backward) 10 x push ups THE SESSION - 500 FRENZY TIME: As long as it takes! 1. Row 500 mtrs then move to Treadmill Run 500 mtrs on 5% incline then move back onto Rower 2. Row 500 mtrs then move to Treadmill Run 500 mtrs (no incline) then move back onto Rower 3. Row 500 mtrs then move to Treadmill Run 500 mtrs on 7% incline, stop the clock!! Take rest as required - this is a tough cardio circuit so pace yourselves... just a bit!! Try and keep a record of each of your individual times on the 3 stations. Total distance Covered: 1,500 meters on the Rower/1,500 meters on the Treadmill. Once you have completed all 3 circuits, post your time. Participants are competing against the clock. Allow for 1-2 min max change-over between the cardio stations.

See just one sample below- The Combo - Double jab/shape up combo There are 3 parts to this combo 1st up - Double Left jab 2nd - Right cross... 3rd - Shape up (shuffle back, then come forward) Left/Right cross. Get back into start position and repeat combo Start slowly with the combo, only speed up as your form improves. Generally the mitt holder, is in control of the speed of punches from the boxer. Mix up and combine the 'Double jab/shape up' combo with shuttle runs, bodyweight exercises.
