18.01.2022 When thinking of goals, whether they're physical, emotional, academic or otherwise, they often seem too big, or so far away that they become intimidating or 'unreachable' in our minds. A great way to stay on track is to break down the large task into a series of smaller tasks that are easily achievable and less intimidating. If you struggle with eating healthily, just make it through one day, and then the next. If you aren't motivated to exercise, just get yourself to the starting point and see how go. If your paperwork is piling up, just start with sorting a handful only. Every goal is reached by taking one step at a time.
