16.01.2022 Our performance project had a lovely write up in the QT today. Our awesome students Bec (one of our big kids from our Umbrella Circus program), Matilda and Ava (from our Circus Foundations program) all did a great job explaining circus to the journalist who came to visit. They talked about how much they love circus and what they are looking forward to in the performance project. 04.01.2022 What a day! We are bursting with pride. Today we started the creative development of our Street Circus Project. With the help of Circus Company 2 artists and a RADF grant from Arts Queensland, Circus Ipswich students have the most wonderful opportunity to put on a spectacular performance! A mix of ages (from 6 - 17 yo), abilities and skills, together in the one show. Today, we created a giant machine with our bodies, brainstormed ideas for our show and got to know each other ...with some super fun games!
