19.01.2022 We are not open tonight due to the power being off all day for scheduled maintenance. Unfortunately the time without power exceeded what was expected and the equipment now doesn’t have enough time to warm up for dinner service. It also means our phone has not been working so if you have tried to ring please try again tomorrow or message us. We apologize for any inconvenience.

06.01.2022 The Rats Senior Premier teams celebrated the end of the regular season at 'Cisco's Restaurante Mexicano', an awesome restaurant and valued sponsor of the Club. ... The night also marked the end of an era with the Head Women's Coach, Allan Yates, retiring from the post. Allan was recruited to the Rats by Ross Crossman in 1991 and has been with us ever since! Allan's impressive contribution to the Club includes: - Div 1 player, 1991-97 - Outstanding contributor to Rats award, 1991-99 and 2005-07 - Director of Coaching, 1993-94 - President, 1994-97 - Coach, Women's Program (Head and Assistant), 1991-97 and 2005-07 - Awarded Life Membership of the Club in 2008 Across those years involved with the Women's program, the Premier 1 team played in 7 grand finals and won 4 premierships. In between those key roles, Allan was also the President of Basketball ACT. Allan was tonight presented with several gifts, one of which was handmade by the Rats Senior Women's Coordinator, Judy Sykes - a gorgeous Rats quilt (thanks Judy!). What an amazing commitment to our club and the basketball community! Thank you Allan!
