20.01.2022 | Today we caught up on site with a meeting to check out the progress of the Barker Terraces and Alpha Homes at Johns Road today. The Alpha Homes are being mined internally and stairs are installed, and all cladding externally is complete. 18.01.2022 The final push for all the finishing touches has officially begun at The Willcox and week by week, there seems to be a handful of new surprises to see. We're loving the installation of the Black Rose Collection’s matt black kitchens - the contrast really allows it to pop in the bright open spaces. Combined with the timber flooring, our soon to be called residents are set up for some unique modern living in Prospect.... Oh, and the retail spaces. There may be a little surprise for our future plans here but until then, the windows and heating are getting installed as we speak. 14.01.2022 A midweek site meeting was on the agenda today and we discussed some improved storage options and possible intercom installations for our future residents of the Barker Terraces at Johns Road. We know how important both garage and storage space is to any kind of home so we made sure that our brainstorming session was filled with good ideas and quality solutions. 2 questions. Would you choose to install an intercom in your new home? And would you think a vide...o feed would be a necessary option, or just audio? We'd love your feedback here, we're tied 50/50 at the moment.
