22.01.2022 OUTAGE UPDATE - TORQUAY Our crews have restored power to 2100 homes and businesses in the Torquay area after an outage occurred late this afternoon. Crews are working as quickly and as safely as possible to restore power to the remaining 3000 customers off supply tonight.... The suspected cause of the outage is a cable fault. Remaining customers are expected to be restored over the course of the evening. We thank customers for their patience as our crews work to restore power. 01.01.2022 Six CitiPower and Powercor apprentices have been recognised for outstanding performances, dedication and skill at the network business’ recent annual awards ceremony. A key award winner was Keegan Schneeberger from the Kyneton depot, who received the Dale Shorter Memorial Award for Most Outstanding 4th year apprentice.
