18.01.2022 Meditation and sound this Sunday at Yoga South West 6pm. last week was an epic turn out, if you're Intrested please pm me as spots may be limited. $10 per person. The class will consist of learning mindful, single point meditation, proper breathing techniques followed by a guided meditation with sound healing. This week I will be introducing the Gong so don't miss out.
