21.01.2022 UPDATE: Dave’s funeral will be held at the Lismore Catholic Cathedral @ 9.30 on Friday. Unfortunately due to Covid, numbers are restricted in the church to 100 for family and close friends with a guest list supplied to Parkview Funerals. Details of the live stream can be found on Parkview Funerals website under Upcoming Services or follow the link https://parkviewfunerals.com.au/waldron-david-roy/ there will also be speakers set up outside, for people wishing to attend and... show their respects. **Bikes are then welcome to join the procession for private burial at East Ballina** RIP DAVE WALDRON - 04/08/2020 Sadly Dave lost his brave and courageous battle with cancer last night. Dave received a great deal of comfort and joy from the Ride for Dave and it truely showed what an incredible and respected man he was. Thank you from his family and friends for all your love, thoughts, concerns and well wishes over the last 10 months. He will be dearly missed

21.01.2022 Please see below details for Dave’s funeral. Due to Covid restriction we have limited numbers in the church. We have a limit of 100, and unfortunately we have had to compile a list of family and friends inside the church. Parkview Funerals are live streaming it and there will be speakers out side for you to listen to the service. Please do not be offended if you are not on the list. There are simply too many friends to fit everybody Dave would have wanted there... ALL BIKES WELCOME TO JOIN THE PROCESSION FOR A PRIVATE BURIAL AT EAST BALLINA

Big thanks also to Phil Close for helping to make it happen The weather definitely was not on our side but what a turn out it was!!... To all the riders and pillions braving the rain, the cars that also joined in, the people standing in the rain, the staff from the hospital, the messages and all your prayers, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts..... it truely was a sight to see !! I must also say, it was not only special for Dave but for his Mum who is 95 .... it absolutely showed the care and respected people have for her son.
