25.01.2022 Re-waterproofing works to the rooftop in progress at Wentworth Point. The team at CBC are proud to assist the Owners Corporation in Project Managing major remedial works to bring the building back up to standard.

23.01.2022 We are thrilled to announce that CBC has been awarded the Project Management contract to assist the Stamford Marque Owners Corporation in their upcoming remedial works. The building is located in Kent Street, Millers Point, and the works involve the replacement of aluminium cladding and external painting.

20.01.2022 The Revy Apartments, Pyrmont. Originally built in 1912 for the Royal Australian Navy, and refurbished in 2020 as a residential apartment building. Developed by Aqualand and refurbished by Infinity Constructions. The team at CBC are proud to have assisted Aqualand in the re-development.

20.01.2022 Live termites found during an inspection. They were located on the front timber fence that was badly rotted. Termite solution already in place by the owner.

16.01.2022 It's been a busy week finding and fixing water leaks. We work with some of the best specialised remedial trades in Sydney. It's all about flashings - get that right and you will have no problems.

15.01.2022 Don't underestimate the drip groove. Its purpose is to interrupt the flow of water from seeping back towards the balcony sliding door or window. I have seen this missed so many times - It costs a few bucks to install during construction and thousands to install after construction.

13.01.2022 Almost at completion - happy to have assisted the Home Owner during the construction process to ensure the Builder is doing the right job. The team at CBC undertake 7 x staged inspections during the build to ensure compliance with Australian Standards.

13.01.2022 This is what happens when you dont connect the air-conditioning tundish line: water leaking everywhere. I dont think any commissioning took place in this instance. Major inconvenience for the occupant and major costs to the mechanical contractor.

01.01.2022 To my Builder friends - please make sure that the sarking overlaps the flashing at the bottom in a brick veneer build. This is important to ensure moisture does not come in contact with the inside skin, as it may lead to possible water leaks.
