23.01.2022 City Trystars swim squads- three swim squads for varying abilities. All focus on technique and fitness.
23.01.2022 Time to register for City Trystars: City Trystars offers a fantastic program for kids aged from 5 to 12. The program consists of three squads and the program runs over one month. It costs $134 membership fees including insurance plus $100 coaching fees for the 9 sessions .... All sessions are fully coached by accredited coaches and all abilities are catered for Your child doesn't necessarily need to be able to swim unassisted. Mini groups are organised to cater for assisted and unassisted swim sessions. Swim squad is every Friday from 5:00pm-6:00pm starting from 16 October Run squad is aimed at improving technique and fitness. Each Trystar receives an analysis video. Run squad is Wednesday afternoons at Kyilla Primary School starting on 14 October. Cycle Squad is conducted on the cycle way leaving from Lightning Park. The cycle sessions are designed to teach technique and improve speed whilst always prioritising safety. Email [email protected] or ring Vicki on 0409746839 for more details.
22.01.2022 A brilliant day of Trystars: 15km of cycling for our 5-8 year olds and 21kms of cycling for 8-12 year olds which included hill repeats, gearing for hill climbs, pyramid training and transition training. 60 minutes of intensity for our younger group and 90 min block of training for the older group.... Magic!!!
22.01.2022 Message to all City Tri members: On Friday 27 March all clubs were advised by City of Stirling council of new restrictions at a local level that became effective immediately. Please see below the restrictions from City of Stirling: o The immediate closure of all club facilities. This includes facilities with Management Licences, Leases, Hire Agreements, other hiring arrangements, all tennis club courts and bowling greens. o Suspension of all organised sporting activities. Thi...s is defined as any training and/or match play on City reserves. All sporting activity (including social) involving two people or more who do not reside in the same residence is now prohibited. o We will provide assistance with signage for public court areas to ensure these areas cannot be accessed by members of the public. This will be available as soon as possible and the City will provide this signage to you. o In line with these new restrictions the City has now closed all recreation facilities, community centres, libraries, Hamersley Public Golf Course and will now be moving to immediately close public tennis courts. How impressive Group 1 and group 2 rode from Lightning Park to East Perth-17-20kms Group 3 rode-10-15km - So incredible time see Veronica, Lucy, Eva, Holly and Imani do the hill repeats up and over the freeway overpass. Brilliant peloton riding to finish!... Thank you so much to all the volunteers today who made sure our kids were well looked after and safe. Marty, Dan, Murray, Sue, Sean, Gaz, and Lewis’ dad. Coaches Vicki and Jules are really happy with the skill improvement. Big thanks also to Gemma for bring the icy poles for everyone. See more

15.01.2022 City Trystars 2020 season starts on Wednesday 5 Feb at 4:00pm at Kyilla Primary School. Come along to this run specific squad for Trystars aged 5-12 years This squad runs for 3 weeks and is geared up towards teaching technique, gaining fitness and interval training. Run squad dates are Wednesday 5,12 and 19 Feb at 4:00pm till 5:00pm at Kyilla Primary School North Perth.... Swim squad starts on Friday 7 Feb at Bayswater Waves at 5:00pm till 6:00pm. Swim squad dates are 7, 14, 21 and 28 Feb Cycle squad is 8 and 15 Feb at 4:00pm-5:30pm. Meeting at cycle way from Lightning Reserve. Friday 28 Feb will be the last day of our season and culminate in a Triathlon hosted by City Triathlon Club. Email [email protected] for any further details. For those of you who paid the club fee before Xmas there are no further fees( except pool entry).
15.01.2022 So proud of Trent Rivers who was one of our Trystar coaches this season. Trent has been selected to play his first AFL game for Melbourne after being drafted at the end of last year. Congratulations Trent. The Trystars run squad is so proud of you.
11.01.2022 Trystars hit the cycleway for a day of hill repeats and distance work. Great work to the older group who rode for 90 mins and did 16km plus 3 hill repeats and safety drills. Well done to the younger Trystars who rode for 60 mins and did 12km, 3 hills, cornering and sprints. Thanks to our four volunteers who rode bikes as well to make sure safety is always our priority. Well done everyone.

09.01.2022 Staying active and healthy Let’s all take part in this challenge! Calling all City Trystars to send a short video ( 15-20 sec) to ([email protected] or post to page)of the great ways you are keeping fit and active at your house or when you are out with your family( members from the household) where you live.... It might be you doing an activity station at you house, or skipping, or running or bike riding. It is important that we all stay happy and healthy. Remember the new rules around exercise and where and when. There will be a prize for most Innovative. Comp closes in 2 weeks.

07.01.2022 First time for City Tri Club Trystars at a Park Run. So well organised and marshaled. This free event is great for the kids, mums,dads, families and you can bring your dogs. 07.01.2022 City Trystars kicked off with a bang. An awesome start to the season for our Trystars. 3 different run squads today with fantastic intensity and attention to technique. This Friday at 5:00pm we have swim squad at Bayswater Waves and Cycle squad on Saturday at 3:00pm at Lightning Park- Noranda
