25.01.2022 Here comes the big gun......The Barbell Squat!!! Squatting is a fundamental movement pattern that involves nearly every muscle in the body and is performed in some of our most basic daily tasks (think picking up a shopping bag, getting into and out of a chair or car). Squatting can not only improve fitness, performance and mobility, but it can also help you strengthen and build the muscles that support some of your super important joints.... We are always around, so hit us up if you want to give it a go, but feel unsure :-) Big thanks to Shane Chung for his mad as video skills.....he always seems to make us look pretty smick!! The only major change to the original Post Iso Timetable is that Monday Tone will now sit in it's pre-covid time of 4.15pm. Of course, your fave virtual classes are still there for you to enjoy and we hope to continue to add to this offering. All information can be found on the App and bookings are essential.
