Note: We will still do face to face consultation after an initial Telephone Triage from the Doctor.

See below our trading hours.... This year we will be CLOSING over the Christmas/New Year period but we will return for business as usual on Monday 4th January 2021.

13.01.2022 COVID 19 CITY MEDICAL WOLLONGONG PANDEMIC PLAN We know that information about COVID-19 (Corona Virus) is probably becoming increasingly overwhelming but we wanted to inform you of the plan we have put into place for City Medical Wollongong patients and staff. ... We are doing everything possible to maintain a safe and healthy practice and will continue to meet all of your needs. We will be phoning all patients that have booked an appointment and triaging over the phone to make sure that you are safe to attend the practice otherwise we will be conducting carpark consultations. The health and safety of our patients and staff members is the most important thing right now. We are making sure that our Practice remains clean and safe by increasing our cleaning practices and disinfecting all surfaces including counters, door handles and toilet facilities. We already have a sanitisation station in reception. If you develop a fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath within 14 days of overseas travel or are in contact with someone else who has confirmed or suspected Coronavirus, seek medical attention: call the Practice on 02 4288 1010, or Health direct on 1800 022 222, or the Corona Virus Hotline on 1800 020 080 or a public information hotline is provided by Nurse-on-Call on 1800 675 398 or in an emergency present to your nearest Emergency Department. Protect yourself and others: clean your hands regularly with soap for a minimum of 20 seconds which can be done by singing a song, cough or sneeze into your elbow or a tissue. Face masks aren’t recommended for people without symptoms. Importantly stay at home if you’re feeling unwell. We will continue to monitor the situation and we are following the daily updates from NSW Health and WHO so we will keep you posted with any changes that may affect you. We will continue to do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all.
