14.01.2022 Vacate pet bond fumigation.
10.01.2022 Perth is experiencing a warm start to the winter season this year, with a few odd heavy showers making it a perfect environment for ants to be more active than usual especially the Coastal brown ants (Pheidole megacephala pictured here) also called big-headed ants, which are a major nuisance in Western Australia. They are an urban pest and are often seen in lawns and in brick paving which they tend to undermine. Many homeowners will try the do-it- yourself ant control remedy... and the results are often short lived and less than effective and can make a small problem escalate into a bigger problem. In the case where the home remedies fail to give out the anticipated results, this is where we come in to take care of the job for you. We use the best of advanced technology and eco-friendly techniques, offering our customers the best treatment and outcome for your ant problem. We investigate thoroughly to identify the species of the ants and find out where the nesting grounds are of the infestation, We will check all areas in and around the property. Once we figure out where the ants are coming from and where their colony is located, we will apply the most effective insecticides to deal with them efficiently on doing this we also take into consideration the safety of your family and pets. We will lure out the ants before killing them swiftly so to protect the property for any future infestations. www.citymetropestmanagement.com.au Tel: 1300 762 667 [email protected]
08.01.2022 RATS are invading on suburban Perth homes in search of food after cafes and restaurants were forced to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have noticed a significant increase in rodent activity for this time of year. We normally see an increase in winter when rats tend to come inside where it is warmer and typically, they nest in the roof in the insulation, which is a perfect breeding ground.... It’s highly possible that with so many cafes and restaurants closed due to the lock down restrictions that the rats don’t have bins to forage through, so they are moving in to the suburbs and people’s homes.
