17.01.2022 They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, We will remember them.

16.01.2022 In 2016, the City of Adelaide Pipe Band was officially received by the City of Adelaide at a mayoral reception. The programme concluded with a performance by the band outside the Adelaide Town Hall, watched on by an audience including our patron, Lord Mayor Martin Haese. The band is proud of our home city and our continuing partnership with the City of Adelaide.

10.01.2022 In 1993, the City of Adelaide bestowed upon the City of Adelaide Pipe Band the honour of displaying the city’s Coat of Arms. After an official ceremony, the band was photographed with our patron, Lord Mayor Henry Ninio. The band is grateful for the ongoing support of the City of Adelaide, and we continue to proudly represent our home city whenever and wherever we perform.

08.01.2022 Last week City of Adelaide were pleased to support the local pipe band competition & drum solos at Harry Bowey Reserve. This was the bands first outing in numbers for quite a while and it was exciting to see so many new fresh faces joining our ranks to develop and to play up to the level. It was a fitting reward for the effort so many of our development players have shown over the last 6 months. It was also exciting to see the participation of our drummers as part of the so...los and we congratulate those who placed in their respective grades and disciplines. We would like to thank the organisers for coordinating the event and we would also like to thank Barossa & District Pipe Band and 413 ACU Pipes and Drums for partnering with us so that some of their players can develop their skills on more advanced material in a competition setting.

01.01.2022 We are saddened to learn of this tragic news. Many of our members enjoyed a friendly chat with Adrian after the Salisbury Christmas pageant when we saw him. Our sincere condolences go to Adrian’s family and friends, and to Adelaide Highland PB.

01.01.2022 To all of our friends and supporters, we wish you a very Merry Christmas, from the City of Adelaide Pipe Band.
